A Night of Iberian Intrigue—Spanish & Portuguese Wine & Tapas Dinner

Explore delicious wines from Spain & Portugal in this 4-course "tapas style" wine dinner with incredible food prepared by Executive Chef Emil Rivera and wines presented by wine aficionado Karen Ulrich, Director of National Sales for T. From Sea Farm to Table-A Seaweed Week Celebration

Join us in celebrating Seaweed Week with "From Sea Farm to Table", presented by the Island Institute!

Briana Warner, CEO of Atlantic Sea Farms (aka Ocean Approved) and Barton Seaver, acclaimed Maine Chef and Author, host this intimate multi-course dinner featuring a menu of freshly harvested kelp from Casco Bay farms created by Sur Lie's Executive Chef, Emil Rivera.

Bri and Barton look forward to discussing the key historic themes that have shaped today's coastal food systems, and they'll present an exciting path forward for the future of sustainable seafood in Maine. There will be an optional cocktail hour starting at 5p, then dinner starting promptly at 6p. All attendees will receive a copy of Barton's seaweed cookbook. This is a Seaweed Week event that you won't want to miss!

Due to the sharing nature of our food, the entire table must participate in the MRW menu. The menu cannot be split between guests.
